These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7777d ("7777d", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 7777d online betting and gaming platform available at https://7777d.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

7777d is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino games, slots, esports markets and related gaming services. The Platform is operated for the entertainment of adult users and is not intended as a financial services product or investment vehicle.

These Terms apply to all users who access the Platform regardless of their location, device or method of access. Users located in Pakistan are specifically advised that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 7777d does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body. It is the sole responsibility of the User to understand and comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 7777d.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to this Platform is otherwise unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 7777d or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you or imposed by a regulatory body, that would preclude your participation in gambling activities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during the registration process and keep that information up to date.

Pakistani users: Residents of Pakistan are specifically advised that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws. 7777d does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law for any individual user. Users bear sole responsibility for compliance with their local laws.

4.1 Single Account. Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Where a User is found to have created multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — 7777d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances. Winnings derived from multiple accounts may also be voided.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Submitting false, misleading or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 7777d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.

4.4 KYC Verification. 7777d may require identity and age verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days);
• A selfie or liveness verification photograph;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required for fraud prevention purposes.

4.5 Document Integrity. You must never alter, edit, crop, obscure or in any way falsify a verification document. Submitting fraudulent documents constitutes criminal conduct under applicable law and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities. Documents must only be submitted through the official secure verification portal — never through chat applications, email or third-party services.

4.6 Verification Delays. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation in a timely manner may result in the restriction of your Account, including the suspension of deposits, withdrawals or gameplay, until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

5.1 Personal Use. Your Account and use of the Platform are strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, accept bets from third parties through your Account, or use the Platform for any commercial purpose.

5.2 Platform Access. 7777d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by 7777d.

5.3 User Obligations. As a condition of your continued use of the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• Provide accurate and current registration information and update it promptly if it changes;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Refrain from using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform;
• Notify 7777d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Cooperate with any KYC, fraud or security investigation initiated by 7777d.

5.4 Technical Access. 7777d does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network disruptions or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 7777d shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.

6.1 Funding Your Account. Users may fund their Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, processing times and any applicable fees are subject to change and will be published on the Platform at the time of transaction.

6.2 Payment References for Pakistani Users. Digital payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as bank transfer options associated with financial institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, are referenced here as familiar payment infrastructure commonly used by Pakistani users. These references are contextual only. 7777d makes no representation that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on this Platform. Actual availability of any payment method is determined by the Platform's current technical integrations and each provider's own policies at any given time.

6.3 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are your own, come from a legitimate source and are free from any criminal origin. 7777d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where required under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with these Terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, processing times and supported withdrawal methods are published on the Platform.

6.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. 7777d reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practice.

6.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period as specified in the Platform's current inactive account policy may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. Users will be notified in advance. No fee will reduce the Account balance below zero.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. 7777d reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly permitted), where the odds were materially erroneous, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or match manipulation.

7.2 Cricket Markets. Cricket betting — including markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series — is subject to the official rules of the governing body of the relevant competition. All references to cricket competitions are for contextual purposes only. 7777d is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket franchise or national team.

7.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that odds or payouts are published as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to a pricing error or a technical fault), 7777d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether bets have been accepted and whether winnings have been provisionally credited.

7.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to rapid change. It is the User's responsibility to confirm current odds before placing a live bet. Delays between the live action and the Platform's data feed may occur. 7777d is not liable for bets placed based on stale or delayed information.

7.5 Game Integrity. Casino games, slots and live dealer products offered on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by third-party software partners. 7777d does not claim to independently audit game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative and sourced from the respective game providers.

8.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives are subject to individual offer terms published at the time the promotion is made available. Specific wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution percentages, bonus expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions. Users are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. For example, where a wagering requirement of 30x applies to a PKR 1,000 bonus, the User must complete PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived balance is permitted. All figures are illustrative only — actual requirements are defined in the applicable promotion terms.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. Where a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum permitted single bet or stake per round may apply. Placing a bet that exceeds this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet during bonus play will be stated in the promotion terms.

8.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.

8.5 Abuse Prevention. 7777d reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a coordinated effort to abuse the promotions system. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts, use of third-party funds, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.

8.6 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

9.1 Entertainment Purpose. The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. 7777d does not represent that gambling is a means of income, financial strategy or a method to recover previous losses. Users should only ever gamble with funds they can afford to lose.

9.2 Player Protection Tools. 7777d provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods to control exposure.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during active gameplay reminding Users of session duration and spend.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure by contacting our support team.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term temporary break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.

9.3 Minor Protection. 7777d is strictly an adults-only platform. Users with underage persons in their household are advised to use parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users, Platform employees or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit systems;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud or financially criminal activity;
• Depositing funds derived from any unlawful activity;
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, access controls or account restrictions;
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Attempting to claim bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the published promotion terms or these Terms;
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or jurisdiction during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 7777d reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the Account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit all Account balances and bonus funds, and report the matter to appropriate authorities. 7777d may also seek to recover losses caused by prohibited conduct through legal proceedings.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the 7777d brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, game content licensed from third parties, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to 7777d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content solely for your personal use in connection with lawful Platform activity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 7777d.

Third-party game software, content and trademarks displayed on the Platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Platform does not constitute endorsement of 7777d by those third parties, nor does it grant any licence to use those assets outside of the Platform.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777d and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

12.2 7777d's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 7777d does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.1 Suspension by 7777d. 7777d reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so for compliance, fraud prevention or security purposes; (c) you have not completed KYC verification within required timeframes; or (d) we identify conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform.

13.2 Closure by 7777d. 7777d may close your Account permanently where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where continued operation of your Account presents unacceptable risk, or where required by applicable law. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent conduct, all balances may be forfeited.

13.3 Closure by User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals, wagering requirements on active bonuses and any other outstanding obligations must be resolved before the Account can be fully closed. Genuine funds (non-bonus) remaining in your Account at the time of requested closure will be returned to you through the original payment method where possible.

13.4 Self-Exclusion. Where closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons, we will apply a self-exclusion to prevent re-registration for the duration specified by the User. We ask that Users who are self-excluding for responsible gambling reasons communicate this clearly to our support team so that the appropriate protections can be applied.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. 7777d does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law or that Pakistani courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such laws apply. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that domestic law governs their own obligations and rights regardless of the governing law chosen by the operator.

7777d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform and, where practical, by notifying registered Users through their registered email address.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
